We’re thrilled to celebrate the inaugural cohort of the RISE Leadership Academy!

The RISE Leadership Academy is a leadership course introduced exclusively to RISE staff in 2024 to provide challenging and engaging professional development experience aimed at elevating the culture and performance of people within the organization.

This 12-week course is an interactive, action-learning environment providing our team members access to knowledge and the tools required to build an organization-wide culture of excellence.

Leadership learning is crucial at RISE - equipping our team with the tools and skills to navigate complex challenges, plan strategically, build strong connections internally and externally, and to create lasting positive change focused on our mission.
