When can i register to vote after my felony sentence is completed?
As of October 16, 2024, in Nebraska, as soon as you are “off papers” you have the right to register to vote. Register here.
There is typically a deadline of 10 days prior to the primary.
I’m eligible to vote, but I’m not registered. Now what?
You will not be able to vote in the upcoming General Election on Tuesday, November 5, 2024. However, you will be able to register and vote in the next election. Register here.
